Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy: 
Check-in time from: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM Macao local time. Early check-in before 1:00 PM Macao local time is not allowed.
Late check-in after 11:00 PM Macao local time can be arranged via e-mail or phone call. 
Early registry for check-in and luggage deposit can be made from 8:00 AM Macao local time. 
Check-out time: 12:00 PM high noon Macao local time or earlier if possible. 
Cancellation must be made 30 days before the Check-in date for all bookings, to be eligible to receive a refund. The cancellation fee is 50% of the whole booking charge. Later cancellations or no show results in a 100 per cent charge of the complete booking amount. 

* Note: If the reservation payment is done online with credit- or debit card through "Instant World Booking" then the refund will be paid through Instant World Booking to the customer credit card or debit card account according to the policy. Augusters Lodge will not pay any refund for any cancellation directly to the customer out of the accommodation premises.

* Modification policy: The Amendment fee is 25% of the whole booking charge. Amendments depend on availability.
*Charge for extra person in room @HKD100.
*Child overnight stay on the bed of a parent up to 11 years old is free of charge.
* Using the staircase to climb up to the 3rd Floor may not be suitable for elder persons.

Our company gathers, stores and utilises personal data in strict accordance with the law. We only use your information with your agreement to support and extend our business relations with you, e.g. to process your booking and to offer you additional services or to send you special offers and information about products or services of the company. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only pass on personal data in accordance with statutory requirements and with your agreement to companies that do not belong to Augusters, Macao, if those companies undertake to comply with our contractual obligations to you and endorse our data protection policy. You can contact Augusters, Macao at any time if you have any queries or suggestions relating to our data protection policy. Equally you can contact us at any time to find out which personal data the company has stored about you and to have such data corrected or deleted accordingly. It is our aim to ensure maximum security and confidentiality.
